Nina Yellow Gari
Yellow gari, also known as yellow garri, is a variation of garri, which is a popular West African food made from cassava. Garri is widely consumed in countries like Nigeria, Ghana, and many others in the region.
The yellow color in yellow gari comes from the addition of palm oil during the processing of the cassava. Palm oil is mixed with the grated cassava mash before it is roasted or fried. This process gives the garri a vibrant yellow color and imparts a distinct flavor.
